Burning sensations around chakra spots?

recently i have been getting burning sensations around my chakra spots, mainly my heart, throat and solar plexus, they will alternate depending on who im around and the nature of the conversation. i sometimes also get a pressure in thoes regions which usually travels up to my head and will slow and cloud my thoughts. all my symptons indicate kundalini syndrome. is this possible?
