What can this dream mean?
Your dreams are caused by what happens when your awake. Your dreams specifically are probably caused by some kind of difficulty getting to a milestone in life or being trapped (mentally, financially, etc.) I would suggest trying to think happier thoughts before going to sleep. Such as your favorite hobby or pastime, or your companion, or any other thing that brings joy to your life. Try doing some yoga or meditating before sleep or going to the stressor ( work, etc.) of your life. Dreams are a sign of what happens in life. You can interpret them yourself by taking the base feeling during a dream ( in your case trapped ad panic). Hoped this helped.
