What could it mean to dream that your brain is bleeding?

I had a very vivid dream that I was getting chakra work done by a healer. She went over my heart chakra and said that that chakra was very good. Then she felt over the throat chakra area and she said there are some blockages as I have some communication problems. Then she went over the chakras in my head and she paused and seemed concerned. She said "every inch of your brain".. she paused again then said with alarm "your brain is bleeding!" I panicked and woke up. I was wondering if the there is some deeper meaning or a message in the dream and what could be the interpretation?
