Can Naruto's Shadow Clones use the 9 Tails Chakra?

Also can the Clones turn into the 9 Tails? 2 more things..... I cant stand reading let alone paying for the Mangas but Ive seen up to the point where Naruto learns and uses the Rasenshuriken. I know that up till then he has been told not to use that or the 9 Tails powers because he could end up hurting himself or someone else in the process, so the way I see it the only 2 useful things he can use are the Rasengan and the Shadow Clones..... So # 1. Does he learn to use something else or does he improve on anything? # 2. Does he ever learn to use a second Nature Element. I know his first one is Wind, Does he learn another?
