Naruto has rasenshuriken and sasuke has kirin who would win?

wind element is stronger then lighting we all know that but i cant help the fact that kirin has the speed advantage and the hugeness advantage but then again u can dodge kirin ... if ur fast enough and kirin is more destructive but rasenshurking will fk ur *** up bad if u get hit with it even if u survive the rasenshurken and still get hit with it youll probl never be able to move and probly never use ninjutsu cus it messes up ur chakra system and ur insides.. and it doesnt take that long to make and u can throw it kirin.. takes a while u gotta make some weather storm ****.. but give me ur opinions
