Naruto vs. Sora in Shippuden?

A couple weeks ago I was watching Naruto Shippuden when I saw the Naruto vs. Sora fight in the filler arc. I'm still kind of confused as to what happens at the end... I know that Sora has absorbed some of the nine tails' chakra from when Naruto became the jinchuuriki and that he went all nine tails during the fight, but in the end the chakra leaves Sora. Does it get absorbed back into Naruto when that happens?
