I need help potty training my min pin.?

I have a 14 week old min pin and I'm having a little trouble housebreaking her. She goes pee outside but she still wont go poop even though I take the poop outside after she goes inside. I need some major help because if I don't housebreak her soon my parents said I have to get rid of her. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
