How to tell my mom I have a problem?

I have all the signs of Trichomoniasis, a curable STD that can lead to HIV. Rarely, you can get it from sharing damp towels or from a toilet seat. I've never had sex but I think I have it and I don't want my mom to stop trusting me. We don't have a good relationship. PLEASE HELP. and don't judge me, I'm worried enough, serious answers only.
