I think i have a UTI and im really scared can any one help?

I have to pee a lot but when i do not much comes and it tingles, not burns and it feels kinda good, It has happened to me before and it was the day after i had sex, but the next day it went away, and now its the day after he fingered me, and i'm really scared because i cant go to my dad and i'm only 17. If it is a UTI is there anything i can do at home to get rid of it?
