Health Issue with my penis... weird, right?

Basically, it started two days ago... I was out and I felt like I pee'd in my pants or something, but it was really small amount. But, when I got home, there was just one wet spot on my underwear... later on, I found out that something keeps randomly coming out from my penis, and I think it's sperm. I mean, what the ****...it's not like it keeps coming non-stop, it's when I sit or stand up or something... anyone knows anything about this issue?
