Please help fast pregnacy?

i just had sex with my boyfriend and i think he came in me, so once he left i ran to the bathroom to pee and it was white it was more of a snot type substance that came out, then i use a Q-tip to get it all out nnd it was blood on there, also i seen a small piece of wat looked like skin from inside me, kinda like gums in my mouth but it had no blood on it, am i pregant, and can i douch to help get rid of the sperm
