Why did my dog go off balance and pee in my bed?

So I was asleep and I woke up to the sound of my miniature pincher about to puke. I flung the cover off and saw she had peed in my bed or was in the process of. I grabbed her and moved her to the end of my bed so she would get off. She wouldn't jump off my bed so I pushed her until she jumped off about foot from my bed. Then she started running into things like she couldn't balance herself out. She then lied against the wall by my door and peed a little more on the floor. I opened my door to take my sheets to the landry room really quick and then come back and check on her. when I came back she had ran into the music room and was laying behind the drums. I couldn't get to her and she wouldn't move. I finaly got a hold of her and pulled her into my arms. She was upset about peeing in my bed because she knows she isn't suposse to do that. She though I was gonna get on to her. Instead I loved on her and told my mom what happend. When I set her down about five minutes later she was still unbalanced but she only swayed side-to-side instead of running into things. I don't think it was a seizure. So what was going on with my dog?
