Naruto ch. 544 naruto did ANOTHER teleport jutsu?

*WARNING-SPOILERS* I just finished the chapter 544 in naruto when Raikage is trying to stop Killer Bee and Naruto from entering the ninja war themselves, and as a test Raikage came at Naruto full power and speed, got within an INCH from Narutos face with his fist, and BOOM! Naruto TELEPORTED behind Raikage about 20 feet away, this is his second time (BTW the first if you didn't know was in chapter 505 when Naruto just accessed the fox's power) anyone want to comment on this? Did he do it by his dad chakra inside him? his own free will? Let me know!
