My dog had surgery next to her vagina need help on caring for the wound ?

She had a tumor removed today and she's on meds for Pain but I don't know if they work the wound was stitched up. She has a cone around her neck to keep her from licking/biting it but she scoots her butt around everytime we take her out to the bathroom in the yard bit won't go she just tries to scoot we of course stop her but she hasn't went pee/poop all day all she does is scoot. Is there ANY WAY that we can make her stop this so she can pee. The vet said sling walk her but it won't work i need help.
