Can someone tell me what could possibly be wrong?

I am a 23 year old female and i have been on high blood pressure pills for the last two weeks. For about the last for days, I been having to pee constantly it seems like. I do not drink more than three to four glasses of water or anything else a day usually. I am also been very tired as of late, sleeping for 12 hours and still feeling tired when i get up and throughout the day. Can someone please tell me what might be going on?
