Help with Chakras and opening them?

Yoga is an exercise for opening chakras. Also just living out your karma will help your chakras. For example if you are a hate filled person the type of karma you deserve for that will come back to you, to help you change in the right direction, thus cleansing your chakra. Also meditating with certain stones over the area where a certain chakra is helps cleanse them. You can look them up and buy them on the internet, or some store you could probably find on the yellow pages. Eating a vegetarian diet, positive thought process and positive actions also are good for your energy. Remember if you want love, friends, and happiness love people, be a friend, and be happy. I wish mine would open up faster too! namaste
