Can the reanimation jutsu be copied?

intersesting you know ever since i saw the jutsu i always thought sakura might lern it and use it on naruto but only the granny knew it so if he did sakura could lern it idk probably not anyway i think he could beable to because its not a kekai gen gai ( i dont know how to spell it) any way i dont think he did copy it but it could be possible?!?!?!?
