Y does my dog smell bad?

I hv dis Cane corso/Rottweiler mix. And she's 10months old, bt dis started when she was around 5. She smells bad, and dis makes me wash her too regularly. Like wen she enters a room you'll know it's her without seeing her. And she kinda sweats too. When she lays down for awhile and gets up, u notice that the area she layed down is a little damp. Does it come wit the breed or is it a medical issue? Or is there any home-made remedy? Pls help
